Refund & Return Policy

  • Refunds and returns are not available.

  • Only defective or damaged products are eligible for exchange.

  • For approved exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days
  • Any defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper images or videos as proof.

  • Once approved, the replacement or refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited within 3–7 working days after approval.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
